View Case StudyClient: Nadi Coffee Roasters, Petaling Jaya
Nadi roasted excellent coffee but looked like every other kampung-style café on the block. Retail buyers weren't taking the packaging seriously enough to stock it beyond the founder's own outlets.
We rebuilt the identity around the roastery's actual process — hand-sorted beans, small batch drums, single-origin sourcing — and translated that into a packaging system with a bold wordmark and origin-coded colour bands.
Nadi doubled its retail shelf presence within two quarters and now supplies twelve grocers across the Klang Valley.
← Back to all workClient: Selaris Wellness, Kuala Lumpur
Selaris sold premium supplements through a storefront that felt cluttered and slow, and a third of shoppers abandoned checkout before paying.
We redesigned the catalogue and checkout flow around three tap-through steps, simplified product photography, and rebuilt the site on a faster front end.
Checkout drop-off fell by a third and average order value rose 18% in the first month after launch.
← Back to all workClient: Kelana Travel Co., Kuala Lumpur
Kelana's booking process lived across three disconnected tools, and their brand hadn't been touched since 2016.
We repositioned the brand around "planned spontaneity," refreshed the identity, and designed a single booking app covering search, payment and itinerary management.
Direct bookings grew year on year, and the app now handles the majority of new reservations.
← Back to all workClient: Bumi Botanicals, Shah Alam
This skincare brand's ingredient sourcing was its strongest story, but the old site buried it under generic product grids.
We built an ingredient-first catalogue, pairing each product with the farm and process behind it, and simplified navigation to three clear categories.
Average session time nearly doubled, and organic search traffic became the brand's top acquisition channel.
← Back to all workClient: Terra Property Group, Kuala Lumpur
Terra was launching six developments at once, and their old site could only showcase one project at a time.
We designed a modular corporate site with a project directory, individual launch microsites, and a shared enquiry system feeding their sales team directly.
Qualified enquiries rose across all active launches, and the sales team cut manual lead entry entirely.
← Back to all workClient: Anggun Bridal Atelier, Bangsar
A boutique bridal house needed an identity as considered as the gowns it made, carried consistently from monogram to fitting-room signage.
We designed a hand-drawn monogram, a soft ivory-and-brass palette, and a full collateral system — invitations, garment tags, and in-store signage.
The studio now books consultations three months in advance, largely from referrals citing the new in-store experience.
