How soon can you start?
Most projects begin within two to three weeks of signing, depending on our current studio load.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes — around a third of our clients are based elsewhere in Malaysia and we run most projects remotely with regular video check-ins.
What's the typical project length?
Brand identity work usually runs 6–8 weeks; web and product projects run 8–14 weeks depending on scope.
Do you offer ongoing retainers?
Yes, for marketing, content and product support after launch — details are scoped once the initial project wraps.
